Eight celebrity competitors take on military-inspired challenges for charity, beginning with a complex "mission" inspired by actual military exercises.

One cast member must overcome personal fears when the celebrities face a harrowing mission where they must "fast rope" from a helicopter onto a rooftop and rappel down an eight-story building.

The celebrities must confront their next mission, in which the squads have to retrieve a patrol vehicle that is being brought in by air and also take out enemy targets.

After a surprise shoot-out and an infiltration mission, the three remaining finalists advance to the final mission, which will determine the winner.
