Alex Sampson is a 20-year-old pop singer-songwriter from Atikokan in Ontario, Canada, who auditioned with an original song called "Pretty Baby," inspired by retro bops of the '60s. He dedicated countless hours to perfecting his performance, fine-tuning his smooth vocals and practicing until he was 100% confident. Appearing on "AGT" has been a lifelong dream for Alex, who views the show as an incredible opportunity to showcase his talents on a global stage. He believes his songwriting skills and wide vocal range set him apart and give him a strong chance to win the competition.
