Ana Ularu stars as West, an opium-loving witch on a journey of redemption, on NBC's epic new drama series "Emerald City."

Ularu, who hails from Romania, has appeared in a number of feature films, including "Serena" opposite Bradley Cooper and Jennifer Lawrence, "Outbound" and "Youth Without Youth," starring Tim Roth and directed Francis Ford Coppola.

She was most recently seen in Ron Howard's "Inferno," a follow-up to "The Da Vinci Code" and "Angels & Demons," which starred Tom Hanks and Felicity Jones. Ularu also starred opposite Harvey Keitel in "Chosen."

Ularu has appeared on TV's "The Borgias" and her theater credits include "Lolita," "The Good Person of Szechwan," "The Epic of Gilgamesh" and many others that were staged in her native Romania.
