Actor Bio
Conor O'Farrell stars as Warden Ray Carroll on NBC's gripping new drama "Game of Silence."
O'Farrell was born in Los Angeles and raised in West Covina, California. He began acting in his early twenties and worked exclusively on stage in New York and Denver into his early thirties, taking every opportunity to hone his skills. He returned to Los Angeles in the 1980s and began working in film and television.
He co-starred in two Emmy Award-winning miniseries for HBO, "From the Earth to the Moon" and "The Pacific," both produced by Tom Hanks. O'Farrell played Undersheriff Jeffrey McKeen for three years on the popular TV series "CSI."
Additional credits include recurring and guest star roles on numerous TV series over the past 25 years, including "Medium," "NYPD Blue," "True Blood," "Law & Order: LA," "Back to the Streets of San Francisco," "ER," "Chicago Hope", "Ally McBeal," "Lie to Me," "24" and "Desperate Housewives."
His film roles include "Stir of Echoes," "Flash of Genius," "The Lincoln Lawyer," "The Trigger Effect," "Mortdecai" and "Death Dreams." O'Farrell continues to work on stage throughout the Southland. This year he won a California Newspaper Publisher's Award and a National Newspaper Publisher's Award for a monthly column he writes for his small-town newspaper.
He is an avid kayaker and skier.
