Carl Tart plays Sherm on the new NBC comedy "Grand Crew."

Tart is a writer/performer with acting credits that include "Briarpatch," "Robbie," "The Good Place," "Arrested Development," "Transparent," "Lethal Weapon" and "Comedy Bang Bang."

As a writer, Tart has contributed to "Connecting," "Kenan," "Brooklyn Nine-Nine," "Ghosted," "Brockmire" and "The New Negroes." 

Tart regularly performs at UCB and can often be seen with his sketch and improv group White Women. He is also the co-host of the basketball-centric podcast "The Flagrant Ones."
