Reid Scott stars as Detective Vincent Riley on the 24th season of the hit NBC drama "Law & Order."
Scott recently starred opposite Anne Hathaway in the Amazon film "The Idea of You," directed by Michael Showalter, and in the final two seasons of the Emmy Award-winning series "The Marvelous Mrs. Maisel" as enigmatic talk-show host Gordon Ford.
Scott co-starred in HBO's Emmy-winning comedy series "Veep" and recently guest starred in the episode "Daphne" of FX's "American Horror Stories" anthology series. He also co-starred in and executive produced the pandemic comedy "Who Invited Charlie?," opposite Adam Pally and Jordana Brewster, as well as the comedy ensemble "Wildflower." Both films recently made their festival debuts.
Other recent work includes a multi-episode arc on the Apple TV+ series "The Afterparty" from Phil Lord and Chris Miller, the 11th season of "Curb Your Enthusiasm," opposite Larry David, and the Shudder/AMC+ series "Creepshow."
On the big screen, Scott can be seen in "Venom," starring Tom Hardy and Michelle Williams and directed by Ruben Fleischer, and the sequel "Venom: Let There Be Carnage." He also appeared in the 2019 film "Late Night," opposite Emma Thompson and Mindy Kaling and directed by Nisha Ganatra. The film premiered at the 2019 Sundance Film Festival and was acquired by Amazon Films. Scott was also seen opposite Naomie Harris in "Black and Blue."
Other film credits include Hallie Meyers-Shyer's "Home Again," opposite Reese Witherspoon and Michael Sheen; "The Veil," opposite Thomas Jane, Lily Rabe and Jessica Alba; "I'll See You in My Dreams," opposite Blythe Danner and Sam Elliot; and the ensemble comedy "Slow Learners," alongside Adam Pally, Cecily Strong and Bobby Moynihan. Scott can also be seen in Chris Lowell's "Beside Still Waters," which premiered at the 2014 Tribeca Film Festival.
Additional television credits include the award-winning Showtime series "The Big C" and the TBS series "My Boys."
