Baby Reba McEntire Is Nearly Unrecognizable in Remarkable Vintage Photo
Baby Reba is just too precious!
Happy's Place star Reba McEntire celebrated her milestone 70th birthday on March 28 and shared one of the cutest pics ever on Instagram to commemorate her big day! The photo of McEntire as a pint-sized infant brought smiles to her fans around the world, and the country star is basically recognizable in the vintage picture.
While seeing the star without her iconic red hair is sometimes jarring, this particular baby photo is about as far away from how fans see McEntire today. Although to be fair, she was a beautiful infant! Who knew the precious little baby would grow up to become one of country music's pioneers — and win a Season of The Voice to boot?

In her Instagram caption, McEntire told the story about how she was glad her mom "kept her" after an intense childbirth experience and made sure to thank everybody who wished her a happy birthday this year:
"Thank you to everyone who has wished and sang Happy Birthday to me last night and today," McEntire wrote. "I love you with all my heart! You have made my life better, more fun and have enriched my life beyond my wildest imagination. I'm so grateful and thankful to God and my Angels for continuing to guide, direct, protect, and give me my marching orders :) And for putting each of you in my life."
Nobody has a way with words quite like the Queen of Country Music!
Unsurprisingly, fans — and her colleagues — stopped by the comments to leave their well-wishes.
"Happy birthday, legend!!! ❤️," wrote LeAnn Rimes, who's been known to duet with McEntire on more than a few occasions.
Here's why Reba McEntire "feels 35" these days
As cute as she was as a baby, McEntire looks even better at 70, and in an illuminating interview with PEOPLE a few years ago, she clued fans in on the secret behind her looking — and feeling — so good.
"I feel 35, maybe 40," McEntire revealed. "Used to be 60 years and one foot was in the grave. Now, maybe 85 is one foot, maybe 95."
McEntire's secret to feeling so young is as simple as it gets — she takes her health very seriously, even if sticking to a specific diet feels like a chore.
"Watch what I eat, get plenty of rest, drink lots of water," she said. "And it's a chore. I used to be able to drop 10 pounds in a week by getting off fried foods and bread, and now it just takes so much."
