See Blake Shelton & Gwen Stefani's Romantic Surprise Duet of Her Song "Don't Speak"

The Voice Coach was met with a super enthusiastic reaction from the crowd.

Blake Shelton recently gave his fans a very special surprise at a recent show.

How to Watch

Watch The Voice Mondays and Tuesdays at 8/7c on NBC and next day on Peacock.

On September 16, when Shelton was headlining the Coastal Country Jam music festival in Long Beach, California, his wife Gwen Stefani suddenly appeared onstage, making the crowd go wild.

Better yet, the two then performed three show-stopping songs together. The first was Stefani's 1996 hit "Don't Speak" with her band No Doubt, and then the couple transitioned to singing their romantic ballads "Nobody But You" and "Happy Anywhere."

According to Music Mayhem Magazine, Shelton teased the crowd by playing the lick to "Sweet Home Alabama" by Lynyrd Skynyrd on his guitar, which then turned into the introduction of "Don't Speak."

“You know I had to bring out the queen, Gwen Stefani, for this night,” Shelton told the eager audience as she strutted onstage.

After Stefani's passionate performance of "Don't Speak," Shelton just couldn't contain his pride for his wife. “Just in case you don’t know, this is Gwen Stefani everybody,” he told the audience.

Gwen Stefani's surprised fans again at Ole Red in Oklahoma

On August 11, Shelton gave his fans a special treat again when Stefani appeared onstage at his bar, Ole Red, in his home state of Oklahoma. There, she sang another rendition of "Don't Speak," and this time, it was super intimate and stripped-down on a small stage and casual venue.

Shelton strummed the introduction notes on his guitar, and the crowd lost it, instantly recognizing the famous tune. Stefani gave her husband a big hug before jumping into the song, hitting some sustained notes and adlibbing the outro along the way.

But that wasn't the only surprise performance that happened that night. Stefani's 17-year-old son, Kingston Rossdale, demonstrated his vocal talents by singing a solo song onstage. During his performance, he hit some impressive belting notes. He clearly inherited his mother's musical abilities!

“Love you guys, thank you for being here!” Rossdale said after wrapping his set. “Thank you, it means everything to me, really. I hope you guys had a great night; enjoy yourselves!”

Then, in a special moment, his stepdad Shelton went onstage and gave him a big hug. How sweet!
