It's time to celebrate because after decades of rocking the country music radio waves, The Voice's Blake Shelton is receiving a star on the Hollywood Walk of Fame.

“Blake Shelton is one of the music and television world’s most popular entertainers," Hollywood Walk of Fame producer, Ana Martinez, said in a statement. "He keeps The Voice audiences in stitches with his witty banter, and he has captured many fan’s hearts with his soulful country voice. To think that he began his career at the age of 17 is amazing. We are proud to have him join the Hollywood Walk of Fame."

Shelton has earned his spot on the coveted Walk of Fame in the Recording category for his outstanding achievements in the music industry. His name will mark the the 2,755th star on the famed LA. landmark.

To recap: the Coach has crafted 28 #1 country singles, garnered over 11 billion streams, and sold over 13 million albums and 52 million singles. Shelton has secured 11 CMT awards, recently taking the CMT stage to perform a rousing set of his nominated single, "No Body" at the 2023 awards ceremony.

Blake Shelton appears on The Voice.

Considering many of those accomplishments took place while he was charming the crowds as a Coach on The Voice, Shelton's a truly legendary performer and has led nine dedicated Artists to victory as members of Team Blake. This includes Season 22's Bryce Leatherwood, so his absence from the NBC competition will be sorely felt seeing as Season 23 is his final season of The Voice.
