Camila Cabello’s Butterfly See-Through Dress Is a Paris Fashion Week Highlight
She looked graceful and badass at the same time!
Camila Cabello just channeled the concept of metamorphosis with her clothing in the best way.
For a Paris Fashion Week event in July, the former The Voice Coach wore an innovative, clear dress with subtle green and purple lining from Iris van Herpen — and it looked like the shape of a butterfly. She complemented the look with a pair of chunky gold platforms and had her hair in a bun with pieces of her bangs framing her face. In snapshots posted to Instagram, we see Cabello pose gracefully in the back of a moving vehicle and in front of a scenic-looking pool.
"my new girl crush is @irisvanherpen . I love your passion for nature and biophilic design, we might be kindred spirits in that way 🦋 thank you for making beautiful things including this dress of yours, i feel like a 🦋," she captioned the post.

Cabello was a Coach on The Voice in Season 22, where she also made some awesome fashion statements. One highlight was during the first night of the Season 22 finale, where she rocked a dramatic black dress. The dark strapless gown had floral detailing at the corset bodice and a fluffy, asymmetrical hoop skirt. For her accessories, she brought everything together with mesh gloves, a pearl choker, and let her hair down in a modern shag style. Makeup-wise, she pulled off some jet-black lipstick and long, fluttery lashes.
Similarly, Cabello did another edgy look on The Voice a week earlier by wearing a leather corset over a sheer mesh top. She also rocked some ultra-flared, multicolored flannel pants and a bold smokey eye with some light brown lipstick.
Cabello totally nailed it as a first-time Coach in Season 22. In a 2022 interview with Parade, the "Havana" singer explained what inspired her to take a role on the show.

“I loved being an advisor on John’s team last year and it was a great introduction to the show’s mentorship,” Cabello told the outlet. “It only made me want my own team even more! I am totally competitive! When I hear an incredible voice, I do anything to get them on my team.”
