Dr. Choi Is on Baby Duty in a Sneak-Peek of Chicago Med's Next Episode
It looks like a busy day at Gaffney Medical!
You never know what will happen next on Chicago Med. From supply shortages and staff changes to the endless rotation of new patients entering the ER each day, the action never ends in the Windy City. Season 8 has kept the drama rolling, with each character dealing with their own turmoil, and Chicago Med fans are eager to see what their favorite doctors and nurses will do next.
Thankfully, we have a sneak-peek from Season 8, Episode 6, titled "Mama Said There Would Be Days Like This" (airing Wednesday, November 2 at 8/7c on NBC). Check out some of the pics, below!
Maggie Campbell (Marlyne Barrett) gets ready to help a patient as she gloves up for a (hopefully) good day at work.
It looks like Maggie is working closely with her daughter, Dr. Vanessa Taylor (Asjha Cooper) in the upcoming episode.
Chicago Med fans can tell from a mile away that Maggie looks worried in this pic. What diagnosis has our ED Charge Nurse so concerned?
We have a hint into why our ER doctors are so concerned: It looks like the patient has an issue walking. Maggie and Vanessa help him stand in this shot.
While the doctors keep a straight face in front of their patients, it's usually a tornado of concern once they get behind a desk and try to understand the patient's immediate needs. Vanessa and Maggie chat about their patient here.
Like always, Vanessa is endlessly hard-working and dedicated to ensuring her patients leave the ER happy.
Meanwhile, Dr. Will Halstead (Nick Gehlfuss) has his hands full with his latest patient, a woman with a bleeding arm.
You can always rely on Will as your ER doctor, as we see in this pic of him reassuring his patient. She looks like she's feeling better already!
Who is the mystery person on the other end of the line?
Is that Dr. Ethan Choi (Brian Tee) holding a newborn baby?! As Chicago Medical Center's jack of all trades, it's not too much of a surprise.
See how all of this action comes together by watching Chicago Med Wednesdays at 8/7c on NBC and the next day on Peacock
