Donate to Charity and Win a Dinner Party with Three Stars of The Office
Rainn Wilson, Steve Carell, and Angela Kinsey want to have dinner with you...but it won't be as awkward as it was on the show.
In Season 4 of NBC's The Office, Michael Scott invited several of his coworkers over for a dinner party at his condo, thus sparking one of the most awkward half-hours of comedy ever put on television. Now, you have a chance to recreate it, only without the awkwardness, and with some money going to a good cause.
This week, Office stars Rainn Wilson (Dwight Schrute), Steve Carell (Michael Scott), and Angela Kinsey (Angela Martin) announced that they've partnered with fundraising sweepstakes platform Prizeo to offer one fan the chance to join them for an "intimate, super swanky dinner" this September in Los Angeles. Wilson himself unveiled the news with the help of a video on his Instagram account, complete with puppets of Carell and Kinsey, who he said were "too busy" to join him in-person to promote the cause.

As Wilson explains in the video, the sweepstakes is all in service to benefitting Lide Haiti, a nonprofit he founded with his wife Holiday, which aims to empower at-risk adolescent girls in rural Haiti with programs in the arts, education, and health. A donation of $10 on the Prizeo page for the fundraiser will get you 100 entries to win, while a $25 donation will get you 250 entries, and so on. Donate enough, and you'll start to win some Office swag even if you don't get the big prize, including a Dwight Schrute enamel pin ($50), a Schrute Farms koozie ($65), and an autographed Dwight Funko Pop ($350), among others.

The swanky dinner party will be held on September 29, and winners will also get a seat for a guest, hotel accommodations and airfare for two people, so you can bring a date to The Office hangout of your dreams. Head over to Prizeo for more details.
Oh, and in case you're still wondering why the cast is hitting the "dinner party" angle so hard, a brief reminder: "Dinner Party," the 13th episode of the show's fourth season, is in the running for the greatest episode of The Office ever produced. It's full of instantly memorable lines, moments, and performances from Carell, Wilson, Martin, Ed Helms (Andy Bernard), John Krasinski (Jim Halpert), Jenna Fischer (Pam Beesly), and of course Melora Hardin (Jan Levinson). It'll make you cringe even as you're laughing until you fall out of your chair.
