Dreamworks' Trolls Band Together Sets Peacock Streaming Premiere: Details
Sometimes to save the day, you have to get the band back together.
When last we visited the Trolls universe, Queen Poppy (Anna Kendrick) was in an all-out battle of the bands for the fate of the world. An upstart Rock Troll named Barb (Rachel Bloom) was working to unite the Trolls by gathering 6 magical lyre strings. Secretly though, she wanted to unite the Trolls under her control and it was up to Poppy and her friends to set things right again.
The third installment in Dreamworks’ musical family franchise delivers even more lyrical lore behind everyone’s favorite fuzzy-haired collectible dolls.
When Does Trolls Band Together Premiere on Peacock?
Trolls Band Together will take viewers on the ultimate musical family reunion when it starts streaming exclusively on Peacock March 15, 2024.
How to Watch Trolls Band Together on Peacock
Anna Kendrick returns as Poppy, alongside love interest Branch (Justin Timberlake) as both of them discover hidden family secrets. Mirroring Timberlake's own real-world experience, his character grew up as a member of a five-person boy band. Together, Branch and his four brothers made up the pop group BroZone, but they had a falling out and haven’t spoken in years.
That all changes when Branch learns that one of his brothers, Floyd (Troye Sivan), has been kidnapped by a duo of evil, aspiring pop stars. With Poppy at his side, Branch embarks on a mission to rescue Floyd by reuniting BroZone, and his family in the process.
Trolls Band Together Joins Loaded Peacock Line-Up
Trolls Band Together joins Peacock’s ever-growing film collection alongside the likes of Christopher Nolan’s award-winning Atomic Age biopic, Oppenheimer, the triumphant return of Paul Giamatti in The Holdovers, beloved game franchise turned record-breaking horror romp, Five Nights at Freddy’s, and more!
The power of music is second only to the power of love in Trolls Band Together, and the power of music is strong. The soundtrack features a mix of classic pop hits (reinterpreted by our diminutive mythical maestros, of course) and original songs, including “Better Place,” the first new NSYNC track in 22 years.
Experience the musical magic, streaming on Peacock March 15, and then join the band yourself. The sing along edition, hitting Peacock the same day, offers karaoke-style lyrics and prompts during the musical numbers so you can do your part in hitting the Perfect Family Harmony.
