Fans Think Gwen Stefani's Son Apollo Looks Just Like Her ''Beautiful'' Mother: Pics

The genes are strong in The Voice Coach's family!

By Jackie Manno

February 25 marked the birthday of Gwen Stefani's mother, Patti Flynn, and fans couldn't help but notice that she bears a striking resemblance to Stefani's youngest son, Apollo.

How to Watch

Watch The Voice Mondays and Tuesdays at 8/7c on NBC and next day on Peacock.

To honor Flynn, Stefani took to her official Instagram page to share some throwbacks and more recent photos of herself and her mother, including a gorgeous snapshot of the two on Stefani's wedding day. In the comments, fans pointed out which of Patti's grandchildren looks like her the most.

''Apollo looks exactly like her!'' one user commented.

''Omg I see Apollo❤❤❤'' wrote another.

Apollo is Stefani's youngest son and will be 10 on February 28. In 2023, Stefani gave him an Instagram shoutout by sharing pictures of Apollo as a newborn baby and a young tot. We also got to see a snapshot of Stefani, Apollo, and her hubby Blake Shelton all smiling at the camera.

“My world is so much bigger with u in it, happy birthday, apollo ♥️♥️ i love u so much” she gushed in the caption.

Gwen Stefani describes having Apollo as a ''true miracle''

Along with Apollo, Stefani has two other sons: 17-year-old Kingston and 15-year-old Zuma. In a recent episode of The Skinny Confidential Him & Her Show, The Voice Coach talked about the story behind Apollo being welcomed to the world. She had given birth to Kingston during peak No Doubt fame, and thought, "I think I'm going to be dead after this tour."

"I just didn't have anything left in me. And I was going back in to work with [the band]. And I got pregnant with Zuma... But it was fine, I had Zuma and we just kept going in the studio and we ended up writing this record called Push and Shove," she said, per People

She continued: "I was like, 'I'm too old. I'm not having any more babies. I'm sorry, love. He just wanted a baby, so he would start praying every night for this baby. Four weeks later, praying every night like, 'Please, let my mom have a baby,' and I'm pregnant with Apollo."

"I'm like 43 years old, and it's this true miracle, and every time I would go the doctor, I was like, 'He's gonna say this is not gonna work out,' and every time he'd be like, 'Looking great. I had Apollo and it was a true miracle," she added.

But that wasn't the only blessing for the ''Cool'' singer. "That was the second miracle. The first miracle was getting pregnant. The second was The Voice. And then the third was, obviously, meeting Blake [Shelton]," she said.
