Hanako Greensmith Just Took a Stunning Mountain Vacation: See Pics
The Chicago Fire star took some beautiful photos of the scenery.
Hanako Greensmith (Violet Mikami) just had the sweetest escape!
On August 21, the Chicago Fire star took to her official Instagram page to share the most gorgeous snapshots of her having a relaxing getaway in an unknown mountain location.
In the pictures, we see lush green trees before we catch a glimpse of mountain goats eating grass on a foggy day. Then, Greensmith took a picture of her hiking boots while sitting in front of a bright blue river. The next snapshot was postcard worthy, showing off a fresh body of water in front of lavender flowers on a sunny day. She then captured clouds beautifully moving down a hill before she crouched down and posed with a slight smirk on her face.
"Took myself to the mountains," she captioned the post.

Greensmith has surely been enjoying lavish vacations this year, as she also took a trip to Joshua Tree in California this April. In her Instagram post, she took some pictures of her embracing the desert scenery before she held up an exotic looking red rock to the camera.
In April, Greensmith shared photos form another vacation with co-star Daniel Kyri (Darren Ritter). The snapshot showed the two actors chilling on a small boat, looking totally at ease.
"Took me 10 months to get this film developed if that tells you anything about me… ," she captioned the post.

The fun getaways were likely a nice break for Greensmith, as her character on Season 11 of Chicago Fire is going through an emotionally turbulent time. In a 2022 interview with TV Insider, she opened up about what would later be learned as the death of Evan Hawkins.
“That is a huge weight that comes with being a paramedic or even working in the medical field: having to accept that this is a lovely, warm, family-based television show. But in reality, you cannot save everybody that you’re trying to save,” she told the outlet.

She continued, “I think we try to highlight the reality of that as much as we can, and you’re going to see Violet have to come to terms with that in a really, really big way. Within the first few episodes, you’ll see her have to deal with a challenge that you haven’t seen her deal with before. I think that’s going to be exciting and sad all in one.”
