Hear Britton Moore “Sing the Crap” Out of His Knockout: "You're Self Auto-Tuned"
Britton Moore has a surprisingly great country voice!
Who knew he had this in him? While The Voice Season 27 Artist Britton Moore is primarily a pop singer, he grew up in Texas, has a deep appreciation for country music, and decided to try his hand at the genre during the Knockouts, choosing "Free" by the Zac Brown Band. But if he was nervous to try something new, he didn't show it, delivering a clear, consistent sound the Coaches loved.

Britton Moore's "gorgeous tone" kept him in the competition on The Voice
Moore's flawless vocals and easy, winning charm earned him nothing but praise. Coach Michael Bublé told him, "There’s this youthful beauty and this clear gorgeous tone," to which Coach John Legend added, "It was like pitch-perfect, but also you made some really great stylistic choices."
Moore's amazing control (the San Antonio native is only 21!) prompted Coach Kelsea Ballerini to observe, "Every note is so crisp and perfect, it’s almost like your self Auto-Tuned." Legend joked that Moore was "God-o-tuned."
Ultimately, Moore's fate was up to Coach Adam Levine, who told him, "You just sing the living crap out of everything you sing" and gave him the win. The moment was made all the sweeter when Legend stole Ari Camille, meaning no one had to go home!

Moore is definitely working hard, but he makes it seem so easy. The singer has barely hit a wrong step since joining the competition, earning the coveted 4-Chair Turn during his Blind Audition, where he sang "Yellow" by Coldplay and hit the highest of notes.
Falsetto king Levine told him at the time, "I just felt like an instant connection with you." Legend, too, praised Moore's abilities, saying, "Singing falsetto is actually really hard in a live setting. I always tell my Artists, ‘Your falsetto will betray you when you need it most.' And yours did not."
Incredibly, he went even higher during the Battle round, delivering an emotional rendition of "Creep" by Radiohead. Afterward, Bublé said excitedly, "You hit that top note!" Added Legend, “Your voice is so connected and powerful. That high note was stunning.”
