Heidi Klum Had a Mother-Daughter Lunch with 19-Year-Old Leni After a Red Eye Flight
After the AGT Jude's long work week, she took time to unwind and grab a bite with her oldest kid.
Heidi Klum is a mom on the move. Just hours after crowning Adrian Stoica (human) and Hurricane (canine) the winners of America's Got Talent Season 18, the model and Judge hopped aboard a late night flight to New York City where she grabbed a meal with one of her favorite dining companions: her 19-year-old daughter Leni Klum.

"Lunch in NY with my Baby @leniklum 🥰❤️🥰❤️" the Halloween enthusiast wrote on Instagram under a picture of herself and her offspring. In the selfie, which appears to be taken at a hotel, the elder Klum lounged in a fluffy white robe while the younger stayed comfy in great sweats, playfully making a face at the camera, the way all teens must when their parent snaps a pic.
From the looks of it, lunch consisted of a plate of mashed potatoes and a plate of steamed spinach each. We'd love to know how the Klum girls got hooked on that unexpected pairing!
The model also took the time to unwind following her travel-filled evening, showing off a bubble bath session after her flight. "Red eye Ritual ✈️😴🛁💦. thank you @charlottetilbury for hydrating my skin today 🥳❤️ 🗽🍎," she said in a caption.
Heidi's living that bi-coastal life
Klum looks remarkably alert after what must have been a long 24 hours. Not only did she and her fellow AGT Judges preside over the show's Live Finale (filmed it in Pasadena, many hours and miles away from New York) but Klum was all smiles as she boarded a midnight flight with her personal assistant, Jennifer Love.

Leni is just as stylish as her mother
A budding model in her own right, Leni lives in New York City while she studies interior design.
She and her mother recently graced the cover of Vogue Germany, and Leni has worked with luxury brands like Dior Beauty. Though it was hard to watch her daughter step out on her own after high school, Heidi said of the experience, "I’m trying not to freak out, 'cause, you know, we all have to do this at some point, we all have to leave the nest. You can’t forever live with your parents...Sometimes I sit at the dinner table…and I literally have to go cry somewhere and come back because it’s so sad."
Thankfully, even if NYC is far away from Los Angeles, it's close to the Klum family's hearts. "New York is kind of our home away from home. We’ve always been in New York filming and shooting and my daughter knows New York very well, so it’s not like going to a new place she’s never been before," explained Klum. "So, I think she’ll do OK with the city." Especially if she keeps getting mom visits!
