On May 22, the portals will open, and guests can visit the brand-new Universal Epic Universe theme park in Orlando, Florida. However, this is not just any theme park. Epic Universe is a mix of five very different but equally adventurous immersive worlds: Celestial Park, The Wizarding World of Harry Potter – Ministry of Magic, SUPER NINTENDO WORLD, How to Train Your Dragon – Isle of Berk, and Dark Universe.
The opening of Epic Universe now positions Universal Orlando Resort, which also has Universal Studios, Island of Adventure, and Volcano Bay, as a week-long destination for vacationers. Tickets have been on sale for the new park for a while, but many who went looking noticed they couldn't buy a single-day ticket to only visit Epic Universe… until now.

How to buy Epic Universe single-day tickets
Right now, people can visit the Universal Orlando website to purchase 1-Park 1-Day Universal Epic Universe Tickets that allow you to enjoy a day of access to Universal Epic Universe and all the many wonders and worlds that come with it. It is by far the best option for those who want to visit only Epic Universe to see the many, many new attractions the team at Universal Destination and Experiences has been working on for so long.
However, there are also plenty of other ticketing options that allow those who travel to Orlando to experience not just Epic Universe but the three other parks that make up Universal Orlando Resort. Also announced along with the single-day tickets were 2-Day Epic Universe Inclusive Tickets.
These include a day of admission to Epic Universe and one separate day of admission to Universal Studios Florida and/or Universal Island of Adventure. So, if you purchase this package, you’ll get a ticket to Epic Universe for a day, and then you can spend another day bouncing between the other two parks, which are connected and within walking distance of each other by way of Universal CityWalk.
When are Epic Universe single-day tickets available?
While you can buy your single-day Epic Universe tickets right now, they won’t be available to use until June 1, which means your summer just got a whole lot more, well, Epic.
Those who want to experience the park when it opens on May 22 will still have to purchase some kind of multi-park ticket bundle. However, once June rolls around, those who wish to experience just a day at Epic Universe can.
