Ice T's Daughter Chanel Shared Tons of Precious Pics Where She Looks Just Like Him
The 8-year-old is super lucky to have the SVU star as a dad.
Ice T's birthday was made even better thanks to his adorable daughter.
February 16 marked the 66th birthday of the Law & Order: Special Victims Unit star, and to give thanks for being such a great dad, his 8-year-old, mini-me daughter Chanel gave him a sentimental shoutout on Instagram.
In the montage post, we get to see a slew of throwback pictures of Ice T, his wife Coco Austin, and Chanel when she was just a baby. And in nearly every single photo the resemblance is uncanny between herself and her famous dad.
Highlights include the three taking a selfie on The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon, Chanel joining her father onstage, her giving her dad a kiss on the cheek while in a princess costume, and chubby-cheeked baby Chanel siting on Ice T's lap while he plays a video game.
''Dear Daddy, thank you for being the coolest dad!..I'm not a good writer but I love you! Happy Birthday 🎂 - Chanel,'' Chanel wrote in the caption.

That day, Austin shared her own montage of sweet pictures of them as a couple, with baby Chanel making a few appearances.
''Happy Birthday to the love of my life 💝 Your the perfect man for me.. Hope you get everything in life you want cuz you deserve it! Chanel loves you and thinks your the best "Big Daddy" ever lol . LOVE YOU!!!!!!!!'' she gushed in the caption.
The rapper's SVU co-star, Mariska Hargitay, also gave him the best shoutout by giving him a hug behind the scenes of filming, and called him the best nickname: Icey.

As for Chanel's tribute, she likes to express herself via social media, as her Instagram account currently has over 400k followers. In an interview with People, Ice T discussed why he feels comfortable with his daughter's online presence.
"It's fun and she likes doing it. If she didn't, we definitely wouldn't do it," he told the outlet. "When Chanel was born, we got her social media because we knew that we were gonna be the parents that were gonna show a hundred pictures of their kid because we were proud. I didn't want to put it all on my page, because then I'd be that dad that's always showing pictures of his kids. So we said got her a page that way if people want to watch our child grow, they can. We're not afraid of anything happening. People will say, ‘don’t show her face.’ We're not concerned with that," he said.
