Ice T Shows Off His Abs in New Shirtless Selfie: ''Not Bad For 66''
The Law & Order: Special Victims Unit star has been at the gym working on his fitness.
Ice T has proven that he stays in shape at any age.
On February 25, the Law & Order: Special Victims Unit star took to his official Instagram page to share a shirtless selfie of himself showing off his physique.
''Looked in my mirror this morning.. Not bad for 66. If I say so myself.. lol 👊🏽'' he wrote in the caption.

The rapper turned 66 on February 16 and got heartfelt shout-outs from his wife, Coco Austin, his 8-year-old daughter Chanel, and his SVU co-star Mariska Hargitay.
In Austin's tribute, she shared a montage of throwback photos of herself, Ice T, and Chanel. ''Happy Birthday to the love of my life 💝 Your the perfect man for me.. Hope you get everything in life you want cuz you deserve it! Chanel loves you and thinks your the best "Big Daddy" ever lol . LOVE YOU!!!!!!!!'' she gushed in the caption.
For Chanel's contribution, we got to see vintage snapshots of the two bonding when she was just a baby. ''Dear Daddy, thank you for being the coolest dad!..I'm not a good writer but I love you! Happy Birthday 🎂 - Chanel,'' Chanel wrote in the caption.

As for Hargitay, she took to us behind the scenes of filming an SVU Season 25 episode, and gave Ice T the cutest nickname: Icey.

Ice T on his physical wellbeing
In a 2022 interview, Ice T told Distractify that his family is the number on reason he stays on top of his health.
''When my daughter was born, The first thing that came to my mind when Coco had the baby was, ‘You cannot die,’” he told the outlet. “I mean, if you don't think about yourself, think about the people that love you. Take care of yourself, before it's too late.''

Ice T also stays on top of getting enough sleep, as he confessed in a January interview with Access that he's actually able to doze off while filming SVU, and snap back into character without missing a beat.
"I would fall asleep, because we were shooting at 2 or 3 in the morning. Sometimes with these shows, we shoot into the night. And I would hear my cue and I would get up and go: 'Well obviously, he didn't ask the police. Let's check the records.' And I'm falling asleep, and I would listen for my cue," he said.
