So far on Season 3 of Law & Order: OC, Stabler and the OC team have been dismantling the Silas family criminal empire while putting away several other bad guys along the way. Fans last saw Stabler after he was visited by an old friend from the Marines, David Carver, who became the leader of a biker gang after service. David saved Stabler's life during their tour and called in a favor after his crew ended up in a conflict with a rival biker gang. Stabler's former relationship was the center of the whirlwind action, making for a thrilling watch as he helped a criminal he knew he would eventually arrest. Plus, the typically tight-lipped Stabler opened up about his past, which was exciting.

Unfortunately no. Law & Order: Organized Crime will not air new episodes during the weeks of March 2nd, March 9th, or March 16th. The break is the prime time to binge the most intense OC moments by streaming episodes on Peacock.

When does Law & Order: Organized Crime Season 3 return? 

New episodes of Law & Order: Organized Crime will return on Thursday, March 23rd at 10/9c for the return of NBC's Law & Order Thursdays. 

"It's been fantastic. I love every aspect of how everything has played out. You know, they enticed me back with how they were telling the story. I've done the episodic thing, and I love the episodic thing, and I understand its value and, you know, why people watch it," Meloni revealed on The View while chatting about returning to the role as Stabler. "I was looking for, myself, being able to tell stories that kind of play out over more of a serialized version, as opposed to these singular units, these episodic units."
