John Legend Shared a New Photo with 5-Month-Old Esti and They Look Just Alike

On May 7, the former The Voice Coach shared an adorable photo of him and his newborn baby Esti, and the similarities in their facial features is hard to deny. The snapshot showed Legend smiling at the camera in a plain white t-shirt as baby Esti made a pouty face while she wore a pink bib with giraffes. How cute!

Legend and his wife Chrissy Teigen welcomed Esti into the world in January 2023. In separate posts, the couple took to their official Instagram pages to announce the news, using the same photo of the newborn.

“On Friday, we welcomed Esti Maxine Stephens to our family, and our house is overflowing with love and joy. I’m in awe of Chrissy’s strength and resilience and I’m so thrilled to see how Luna and Miles embrace their baby sister. I’m so, so grateful, but that doesn’t seem like a big enough word…,” Legend posted on his account.
“She’s here! Esti Maxine Stephens - the house is bustling and our family could not be happier 💕 Daddy sheds nightly tears of joy seeing Luna and Miles so full of love, and I am learning you still need diapers with a c section!? We are in bliss. Thank you for all the love and well wishes - we feel it all! X,” Teigen gushed in her caption.
Baby Esti is already living an eventful life, as her family took her to a vacation in Italy last month for Easter. In the snapshots posted to Teigen's Instagram, we saw her and Legend smiling at the camera on a bright sunny day while Legend cradled Esti. We then catch a glimpse of the whole family of five, including Miles, 4, and Luna, 7, standing outside some gorgeous buildings in Venice.
"Venezia! John and I first came here in 2007 when we were just a couple of crazy child-free kids!," Teigen sentimentally said in the post. "It’s was the dead of winter, absolutely freezing cold and john fondly remembers my single faux urban outfitters fur hat that adorned me every day and night. we took the water bus everywhere and ran through the alleys, making out like a couple of doofuses in lurve who never would have thought we’d be back with babies of our own! well john probably knew."
