The week of March 17 on The Kelly Clarkson Show’s is shaping up to be a pretty exciting one — and the guest list (and guest host list) is a big reason why!
Monday, March 17
None other than Kal Penn will assume guest hosting duties on Monday, and an early morning March 17 Instagram video gave audiences a hint of what kind of wit he’ll bring to the table!
“Welcome to The Kelly Clarkson Show and Happy Saint Patrick’s Day. I’m Kal Penn — I know what you’re thinking: They found the perfect Irish guy to host for Kelly,” the star quipped.
However, the star of the cult classic comedy Harold & Kumar Go to White Castle won’t be alone on Monday. The 47-year-old actor will be joined by stars Stanley Tucci, Iliza Schlesinger, and Jesse L. Martin as guests — and Corey Glover will stop by for a musical performance like no other!

Tuesday, March 18
After a two-week hiatus, Kelly Clarkson returns as host with a few very special guests: Adam Scott and musician Marc Ribellet! Longtime NBC viewers will recognize Scott from his time as Ben on Parks & Recreation, but the actor has been the talk of Hollywood lately thanks to his performance on Severance these days.
(In other words, we can’t wait to hear what the two talk about!)
Wednesday, March 19
Andy Cohen is guest-hosting the March 19 episode of The Kelly Clarkson Show. We repeat: Andy Cohen is guest-hosting on March 19!
A few weeks back, during his guest appearance on the show, Cohen took viewers on a trip down memory lane with throwback college photos and gave Clarkson a few helpful suggestions for future Kellyoke performances. Who knows what he has planned as a guest host?
Cohen will be joined by guests Chrissy Teigen and Anthony Michael Hall. We’re crossing our fingers that Teigen will give an update on her husband, John Legend, as he navigates the Battles on The Voice Season 27!
Thursday, March 20
Clarkson is back the rest of the week beginning with the March 20 episode — which also doubles as the show’s 1000th! The milestone episode will celebrate all things TKCS, and guests Tyler Perry and Alicia Vikander will add some major firepower to the festivities.
(And a scheduled performance by Mau Y Ricky is the cherry on top of a can’t-miss episode!)
Friday, March 21
The show ends its week with an all-star lineup of guests: Ellen Pompeo, David Blaine, Crystle Stewart, and Happy’s Place star Melissa Peterman will join Clarkson in-studio!
Longtime fans should be incredibly excited to see what Blaine has up his sleeve.
