Killing It Season 2 Trailer Promises More Hard Times on Craig's Rise to the Top
Killing It is back in business, but it's hardly business as usual for Craig and the gang on the Peacock original series.
Craig (Craig Robinson) is back in business, which may not be a good thing for him. On Tuesday, Peacock announced the original comedy series Killing It is officially returning for Season 2!
The series stars Robinson as a down-on-his-luck father who will do whatever it takes to make enough money to keep his family nearby and also live out the American Dream of success and, of course, cash. Season 2 will see the mild success the character found in Season 1 lead him down a new road of trials and tribulations, each wackier than the last.
When does Season 2 of Killing It Premiere?
All eight episodes of Killing It Season 2 premiere on August 17, 2023 only on Peacock.
Killing It Season 2 Trailer
For those who can’t wait until the Season 2 premiere, Peacock was kind enough to tease the action in a newly released trailer that sees Craig in Florida trying to make the next phase of his entrepreneur lifestyle work. As always his trusty friend Jillian (Claudia O’Doherty) is right by his side doing her best to make things better (with somewhat mixed results).

They quickly learn that with new benefits come new enemies looking to capitalize on them. In this case, it’s a swamp family who demands a portion of Craig’s business. This season will see yet another impressive roster of guest stars with both new and old faces alike coming into the fold.
Tim Heidecker, Stephanie Nogueras, Jet Miller, Scott MacArthur, Wyatt Walter, Dot-Marie Jones, Katie Kershaw, Joe Massingill, Melanie Field, Tim Simons, Fatimah Taliah, Beck Bennett and Kyle Mooney will all be featured in Killing It Season 2.
Everything to Know About Killing It Season 2
Like Season 1, the new season is the brainchild of former Brooklyn Nine-Nine buddies Dan Goor and Luke Del Tredici. In addition to them acting as co-showrunners, writers and executive producers is Robinson himself who executive produces alongside Mark Schulman.
“Well, we're back for more Killing It. It's the same wild rollercoaster as last year — an ambitious, complex exploration of life and pursuit of the American Dream mixed in with some of the stupidest jokes on television,” Robinson said in a statement announcing the news. “We got so many amazing guest stars this season, while returning all our old favorites. Except for the snakes. There are many less snakes this year. But don’t worry, there’s plenty more hurdles to jump through, like deadly snails.”
Can Craig handle his American Dream or will he be further stopped by criminals, Mother Nature and corporate America? Tune in to Killing It Season 2 to find out.
