Somehow Mandy Moore's 6-Month-Old Son Already Has Her Smile
Moore's been using Instagram to keep This Is Us fans updated on her adorable growing family.
For six heartwarming seasons of This Is Us, Rebecca Pearson was one of the best mothers ever. So it's no wonder Mandy Moore loves being a mama, too.
Since This Is Us' emotional farewell, it's been a minute since Moore played Rebecca, the Pearson family matriarch and mom to the Big Three. But Moore has had her hands full making sweet memories with her own children. Moore and her husband, composer Taylor Goldsmith, are the proud parents of two baby boys, August "Gus", 2, and Oscar "Ozzie," who was born in October 2022.
Motherhood looks amazing on Moore, and she loves posting adorable videos and photos of her family to her Instagram. On April 4, Moore graced This Is Us fans with an update about her youngest one, Ozzie. She shared an adorable IG video of little Ozzie laying on the ground staring at himself in the mirror. Ozzie is positively cheesing in his cute dinosaur-themed onesie, and already, his smile looks just like Moore's!
Ozzie's baby coos are so adorable that Moore couldn't help but document the sweet moment. She captioned the sweet clip, “Baby pterodactyl contemplates life 🦕."
As This Is Us fans watch Moore navigate motherhood, many wonder whether or not she'll mirror the Pearsons by having a third child in the future. She already has two boys, so Moore would only need a daughter to have a Big Three of her own! Moore told E! News that it's a possibility.
“Truth be told, I haven’t shut the door on a larger family. I don’t know what my husband is thinking. I know right now he’s sort of like, ‘What? That’s crazy! It's so hard!’ And it is," Moore told the outlet. "It's so hard. It's non-stop, all hands on deck right now. So maybe, perhaps, but I don’t know."
In a February interview with People, Moore expressed her immense gratitude for her family. "You wake up with endless gratitude every day, but that doesn't take away from the fact that it is hard work..." Moore said. "But, I think, it's just having grace for ourselves as parents and as humans and recognizing that each day is going to present its own challenges, but its own immense joy as well..."
