Mandy Moore and Sterling K. Brown Just Got Nominated for Critics' Choice Awards
The nominations are well-deserved!
The 28th Annual Critics Choice Awards nominations were recently released, and NBC got so many great nods.
Sterling K. Brown has been nominated for Best Actor in a Drama Series for his role as Randall Pearson in This Is Us' final season. Similarly, Mandy Moore has been nominated for Best Actress in a Drama Series for playing Rebecca Pearson on This Is Us.
And get this: For Best Talk Show, both The Kelly Clarkson Show and Late Night With Seth Meyers were nominated.
At the 48th Annual Daytime Emmy Awards in 2021 Clarkson won two awards for her talk show and made a point to recognize everyone behind-the-scenes who made the show possible.
"Thank you so much everybody for voting for me,” said Clarkson. “I would love to accept the award just for me, but honestly, I think everybody that's ever done a show like this knows there's a whole heap of people standing around behind the cameras. And our staff and making me look good and sound good and getting these brilliant stories and heartfelt stories that we get to share with everybody, and thank you to my band...I thank you for the award, but honestly, so many people are deserving of this—not just me."
The 28th Annual Critics Choice Awards air live on Sunday, January 15, 2023 at 7/6c on The CW.
