Mandy Moore Has Very Hopeful Thoughts About a This Is Us Reunion
Moore, who played Rebecca Pearson on This Is Us, says her former co-stars are her "forever family."
It looks like This Is Us star Mandy Moore (Rebecca Pearson) is missing the show just as much as fans are.

In a recent interview with People, Moore talked about her desire for the cast to get back together in some capacity. "I miss them. I miss the work... that is such an important chapter of my life that, I don't know, maybe it'll come to fruition again in some form someday," she told the outlet.
Moore says she has a deep connection with her co-stars. “The cast is absolutely in touch,” she said. “A bunch of us just had dinner a few weeks ago … they’re going to be my forever family. I love them deeply.”
One of Moore's co-stars, Chrissy Metz (Kate Pearson), had similar enthusiasm about the idea of the band getting back together. In a June interview with ET, she also teased fans about the potential of a This Is Us reunion.

"I mean, anything's possible," Metz said. "I think everybody wants to see it. Every single time I see someone they're like, 'We wish the show was still on.' I'm like, 'Me too.' You know, job security. But I do love the show and everybody involved."
Metz also had some creative ideas about when the hypothetical reunion show would take place. "I think, like, in 10 years and we're all, like, 50-ish, I think that will be cute, a little reunion," she said. "Fingers crossed. It takes a while to make art, y'all!"
She also had some input for the perfect setting for the reunion: Nashville, Tennessee. "There's so much talent," Metz explained. "In the airport, literally every single person is talented, whether they're playing an instrument or they're singing their face off at [Blake Shelton's] Ole Red. Everybody's talented here. And everybody's a songwriter. It's everywhere. It's all the time. It's so exciting. You're around it all the time. And I feel like it's a very communal city, which is nice. People like working together."

The This Is Us cast has frequently reunited IRL since the show's series finale in May 2022. In May 2023, in fact, Moore, Metz and Susan Kelechi Watson (Beth Pearson), all got together — and they took a sweet group selfie to share with fans.
