Marina Squerciati (Kim Burgess) has surely been living her best life lately!
On June 30, the Chicago P.D. star took to her official Instagram page to share a snapshot of her having a lovely vacation in Italy. In the photo, we see the actress in a black swimsuit standing in front of the ocean on a bright sunny day, her arms stretched out as she enjoyed the beautiful scenery.

Recently Squericiati has taken full advantage of her break from set, as she also took another vacation last week, albeit at a very different location.
On June 20, she made some more Instagram posts chronicling her adventures at a mountain resort called Suncadia in Washington State. In the first picture, she was wrapped in a comfy looking shawl while standing in the lovely green grass, holding a mug in her hands and looking up at some trees peacefully.
"It's time for my family vacation @suncadia! BUT FIRST COFFEE in a forest! ☕️🌲(I love it here.)," she said. "YOU WOULD LOVE THE GOLF HERE @jesseleesoffer. LOVE. Come on by! 🏌️♂️," she captioned the post, giving a nod to former Chicago P.D. co-star and avid golf fan Jesse Lee Soffer.
Squerciati also shared some adorable posts of her and her daughter doing archery. Squerciati stood confidently with a baseball cap and sunglasses while she gripped a bow in arrow in hand before crouching down and helping her daughter aim hers. How sweet!
"Katniss & Mini Katniss. Never hit the target, but we had so much fun! @suncadia 🎯," she captioned the post.
Then, we caught a glimpse of Squerciati and her mini-me daughter saying their farewells to the resort. In the picture, the two looked liked twins, as they wore matching patterned sundresses.
"One last stroll in the forest for these city slickers. We'll miss you @suncadia! (Next time, I'll wear better hiking footwear. No need to say anything about it in the comments, friends. I learned my lesson. 🫠🫣) Anyway, this place is the greatest."
