Marina Squerciati Visited a Major Landmark in Italy and Did the "Nerd"-iest Thing

Marina Squerciati (Kim Burgess) spent part of July in Italy — and while there, she scratched something major off her bucket list.
On July 11, the Chicago P.D. star shared a fun snapshot to Instagram of herself having a blast while on a vacation in Italy. There, she took a classic tourist picture of herself "leaning" against the historic Leaning Tower of Pisa. In the picture, she sported a baseball cap and some cool shades on a bright, sunny day.

This post comes a few weeks after Squerciati also posted another picture of herself relaxing in a gorgeous setting in Italy. On June 30, we caught a glimpse of the actress standing in front of some water wearing a one-piece black swimsuit. She had her arms outstretched, basking in scenery.

Squerciati sure has been bitten by the travel bug as of late. She took another nature-esque vacation, this time to Washington state, a mere week earlier. There, she stayed at a mountain resort called Suncadia with her daughter.
The first peaceful picture that she posted showed her grasping a mug in her hands while she stood on some green green grass while wrapped in a comfy-looking beige shawl.
"It's time for my family vacation @suncadia! BUT FIRST COFFEE in a forest! ☕️🌲(I love it here.). YOU WOULD LOVE THE GOLF HERE @jesseleesoffer. LOVE. Come on by! 🏌️♂️," she captioned the post, giving a shoutout to her former Chicago P.D. co-star and avid golf fan, Jesse Lee Soffer.
On the same vacation, Squerciati also documented herself playing a fun game of archery with her adorable, mini-me daughter. In the snapshot, Squerciati bent down to help the young girl position her bow and arrow.
