The Law & Order: Special Victims Unit star is getting into the mood of the upcoming season by shaking things up with her hair. More specifically, the actress embraced spring by getting some flattering light highlights.

Hargitay has been a loyal client to McMillian, as she also went to him in June 2023 for another lovely hairdo. That time, she got a 70's inspired chop with some flowy curtain bangs.

Hargitay has been rocking fierce hairstyles since a very young age, as on January 18, she also shared an adorable vintage snapshot of her wearing a bow in her hair when she was just a toddler.

When Hargitay was on TODAY a week later, she also sported a similar look with a bow in her hair. According to Hargitay, the 'do was inspired by her late mother, Jayne Mansfield.

How Mariska Hargitay celebrated her birthday
Although Hargitay may be excited for the spring, she is actually a winter baby. She celebrated her 60th birthday on January 23, 2024, and spent the day surrounded by loved ones. When Hargitay was on The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon on February 8, she talked about how her husband, Peter Hermann, and her three children, 17-year-old August,12-year-old Amaya, and 11-year-old Andrew all threw a personalized party and sang to her as a special gift.
"It was so magical and spectacular," she gushed to Fallon. "And the highlight was each one of my children sang to me...I didn't know about it! My kids don't sing. They've never sang in public, so I had no idea. This was such a surprise!"
