Who is hosting the October 1, 2022 Episode of Saturday Night Live?
Miles Teller!
The 35-year-old actor will appear on SNL on October 1 in his debut as Host. The star has had major roles in many hit films, such as playing Lieutenant Bradley Bradshaw in Top Gun: Maverick and Andrew in the Oscar-winning film Whiplash. Other notable roles include Sutter in The Spectacular Now and Peter in the Divergent series. Although he has mainly played characters in dramatic films, we can’t wait to see what comedic chops Teller has up his sleeve!
Who is performing in the October 1, 2022 Episode of Saturday Night Live?
Kendrick Lamar!
One of the most critically-acclaimed rappers of all time, Lamar rose to fame with his 2012 debut album Good Kid, M.A.A.D City, which won him four Grammys, including Album of the Year. His 2015 sophomore album, To Pimp a Butterfly, achieved a #1 spot on the Billboard charts. In 2017, his album Damn won him a Pulitzer Prize and included the #1 hit single “Humble.” Currently, Lamar has a whopping 14 Grammys total and is promoting his newest album Mr. Morale & The Big Steppers.
October 1 will be the rapper’s fifth musical appearance on SNL. Previous performances occurred in 2013, twice in 2014, and in 2018.
