Andy Samberg to Help Seth Meyers Celebrate 10 Years of Late Night at PaleyFest 2024
The former Brooklyn Nine-Nine star will interview his friend and fellow SNL alum at the Dolby Theatre in Hollywood—tickets are on sale now.
Late Night with Seth Meyers is headed for Hollywood.
On Monday, April 15, Host Seth Meyers will sit down for a conversation with longtime friend Andy Samberg for a panel event at the 41st annual PaleyFest LA, celebrating a decade of the NBC late night talk show.
The 41st annual PaleyFest LA kicks off Friday, April 12, and the reunion between Meyers and Samberg will be just one of the many special events during the weeklong festivities.
In addition to Late Night With Seth Meyers, PaleyFest will be jam-packed with other exciting panels and events including screenings, and conversations with the stars of The Morning Show, Young Sheldon, Loki, The Late Show With Stephen Colbert, Avatar: The Last Airbender, Curb Your Enthusiasm, and a 25th anniversary celebration of Family Guy.

Andy Samberg and Seth Meyers' friendship is a Late Night constant
Samberg and Meyers have been close since their days at Saturday Night Live: Samberg spent seven years as a cast member and writer on the sketch series from 2005-2012, while former SNL head writer and "Weekend Update" anchor Meyers ranks among the show's all-time longest running cast members.
As such, Samberg's been a fixture on Late Night through the years. In addition to his frequent appearances in person and via Zoom, Meyers randomly FaceTimes Samberg during his "Corrections" YouTube segment; Samberg also nurses an ongoing grudge against Meyers' poor dog, Frisbee. Samberg's a constant presence behind the Late Night desk as well—er, on Meyers Late Night desk, that is, where a cut-out photo of Samberg's face adorns the front of a mummy statue.

Meyers and Samberg even "cleared the air" during a Late Night segment in 2019, where the two sat down and apologized to each other face-to-face for times when maybe they were less than truthful with one another.
Samberg isn't Meyers' only friend and former SNL cast member to help him toast to a decade of Late Night. Back in 2014, Amy Poehler was Meyers' very first guest on Late Night, and she recently returned for the 10th anniversary show, along with her original premiere episode guest, President Joe Biden.
