Saturday Night Live is coming back, and we officially have our first three Hosts and musical guests for the upcoming Season 48!

Season 47 of SNL was an Emmy-winning success, taking home the trophy for Outstanding Variety Sketch Series. It's no secret why: SNL's 47th season featured standout Hosts like Jerrod Carmichael, Kim Kardashian, and Selena Gomez. The Season 47 finale marked the final episodes for beloved cast members  Kate McKinnon, Pete Davidson, Aidy Bryant, and Kyle Mooney. But thankfully, four new funny faces will be joining the SNL cast: Molly Kearney, Devon Walker, Michael Longfellow, and Marcello Hernandez.

Without further ado, check out SNL Season 48's initial lineup of Hosts and musical guests

October 1st

Host: Miles Teller

Musical Guest: Kendrick Lamar

Kicking off SNL's newest season is Top Gun: Maverick and Whiplash star Miles Teller. The Season 48 premiere will mark Teller's hosting debut.

Joining Teller is the Emmy and Grammy Award-winning rapper Kendrick Lamar, returning for his third SNL appearance as a musical guest. Lamar is currently touring for his latest album, Mr. Morale & The Big Steppers, which fans may get a taste of during the October 1st performance.

October 8th

Host: Brendan Gleeson

Musical Guest: Willow

Following Teller for the October 8th show is first-time Host Brendan Gleeson, who you may recognize as Alastor 'Mad-Eye' Moody from the Harry Potter film franchise. Gleeson also stars in the upcoming film The Banshees of Inisherin, which will be released on October 21 in theaters.

Gleeson's musical guest is Willow, performing on SNL for the first time. Willow has four albums under her belt, with singles like "Wait a Minute!" and "Whip My Hair." Willow's fifth album <COPINGMECHANISM> comes out on October 7, the day before her SNL appearance.

October 15th

Host and Musical Guest: Megan Thee Stallion

It's always entertaining to watch an SNL Host pull double duty, which Megan Thee Stallion will do in mid-October. The appearance marks Megan Thee Stallion's hosting debut and her second musical guest appearance after her 2020 slot with Host Chris Rock. While SNL fans know Megan will bring it for her musical performance, it will be equally exciting to see what hilarious charm Megan delivers to the SNL sketches.
