Suits LA Cast Grows with These 4 Exciting Guest Stars: Maggie Grace, Matt Letscher & More
The Suits LA cast just got even bigger with the addition of Ted Black's (Stephen Amell) family and more guest stars.
Suits LA just added some powerhouse guest stars to its already stacked cast. The show, which premieres on February 23, 2025, just announced a handful of new characters who have big implications for the personal life of the series' protagonist, Ted Black (Stephen Amell).
On Tuesday, Variety reported that Suits LA, the spinoff to the immensely popular USA Network original series set in New York, is adding four actors in guest star roles to join the already announced main cast including Amell, Lex Scott Davis, Josh McDermitt, and Bryan Greenberg.

According to the series’ synopsis Ted is, “a former federal prosecutor from New York, who has reinvented himself representing the most powerful clients in Los Angeles. His firm is at a crisis point, and in order to survive, he must embrace a role he held in contempt his entire career. Ted is surrounded by a stellar group of characters who test their loyalties to both Ted and each other while they can’t help but mix their personal and professional lives. All of this is going on while we slowly unravel the events that years ago led Ted to leave behind everything and everyone he loved.”
Maggie Grace (Fear the Walking Dead, Taken), Matt Letscher (Narcos, The Flash), Sofia Pernas (Tracker, Blood & Treasure), and Carson A. Egan will all appear in the upcoming series from original creator and writer Aaron Korsh. We’ve even got some information about who they’re playing and, in typical Suits fashion, they’re wall-to-wall intriguing characters who promise to have a big impact.
According to the report, Grace will play Amanda Stevens, a “confident and sharp-witted pro-bono lawyer who rents space at the Black/Lan law firm so that she can have an upscale address for her own practice. Unlike the other attorneys surrounding her, she only takes on clients who she wants and who have nowhere else to turn. She doesn’t directly work for Ted, so the duo may explore the clear sparks between them."
Letscher will have the meaty role of Ted’s father, who's described as “powerful, emotionally unavailable," and someone who "rules through fear and intimidation.” The two are relatively estranged from each other thanks to the way Ted’s dad previously treated his brother, Eddie, who will be played by Egan. Eddie is described as “sweet, good-humored, and nurturing.” Despite their estrangement, Ted’s father still wants a relationship with him.
Meanwhile, Pernas will play Elizabeth Smith, another powerhouse attorney in the District Attorney’s office who will go head-to-head with Ted in a high-profile murder trial. She’ll prove to be a formidable opponent to Ted’s whip-smart legal acumen, but viewers will just have to tune in and see how this rivalry actually plays out on screen.
Suits LA will debut on Feb. 23 at 9 p.m. ET/PT on NBC, with new episodes available to stream the day after they air on Peacock.
