Suits LA Will See Daniel Hardman Return In an Upcoming Episode
Another original Suits cast member is making an appearance on Suits LA in a future episode.
Suits LA has already introduced one beloved original cast member from the USA Network Original series and has announced another. However, the legal world is not always filled with good guys. Now, the new spinoff series is bringing back one of the greatest antagonists from the original.
Actor David Costabile, best known to Suits fans for playing Daniel Hardman will reprise the role in an upcoming episode of Suits LA as a guest star joining the cavalcade of interesting guests that keep coming on the series. Variety was the first to report the news.
In a show where everyone exists in a pretty moral gray area, Costabile’s Hardman was one of the bigger bad guys on the show, so it will surely be exciting to see if he comes back in the main storyline in 2025 or if he gets up to his usual antics in the past that we didn’t get to see on Suits.
When will Daniel Hardman appear on Suits LA?
Sadly, there’s currently no word on when or why Hardman will come back to the fold, but it will surely spell dire news for Ted Black (Stephen Amell) and the many attorneys in his orbit when he does. Until then, fans will just have to wait and see how the plot thickens on Suits LA. Luckily, he’s not the only original cast member coming back. Gabriel Macht appeared in a flashback scene as Harvey Specter in Episode 4 and he is expected to return for multiple episodes. Meanwhile, it was recently announced that Louis Litt (Rick Hoffman) will return as well. That said, it’s unclear when we’ll see him or more of Specter.
Who is Daniel Hardman?
There’s a lot to Hardman but he was one of the founding members of the law firm where the action on Suits takes place. While it went through many name changes throughout the series, his return after seemingly being muscled out by Jessica Pearson (Gina Tores) and Harvey was a big storyline. It was revealed that he was embezzling from the firm to finance an affair, which is the exact kind of secret someone in this world can't afford to keep. He would continue to appear throughout the nine-season run of the original show to try and take over the firm.
Variety notes that Costabile has been in many other dramas including Breaking Bad, The Wire and Billions.
