The Women of This Is Us Wowed on the Critics Choice Awards Red Carpet
It was a glamorous night for the Pearsons.
It was a glamorous night for the This Is Us cast at the 2022 Critics Choice Awards, as our beloved Pearsons appeared at the ceremony to celebrate the show's Best Drama Series nomination.
While Sterling K. Brown (Randall), Justin Hartley (Kevin), and Chris Sullivan (Toby) looked dapper in evening wear, it was the women of the show who showed up and showed out.
First up: Mandy Moore (Rebecca), who wowed in a champagne-toned Elie Saab haute couture gown. The embellished look featured a plunging neckline and flowing, sheer cape. Moore looked effortless, but she did admit that the dress came with one small challenge.
"I'm getting stuck on everything, and I feel like I'm sweeping the leaves as I go by," she joked to Access Hollywood. "I'm a broom tonight, as well."
Susan Kelechi Watson (Beth) brought bling to the red carpet too, wearing a strapless sequined number by Dolce & Gabbana. "Feeling like a winner in @dolcegabbana this evening!" the actress wrote in an Instagram caption. "Congratulations to all of the nominees tonight at the @criticschoice."
"The most stunning, Su ❤️❤️❤️❤️," Moore wrote in the comment section.
As for Chrissy Metz (Kate), she rocked a custom red off-the-shoulder dress by Greta Constantine, accessorizing with Stuart Weitzman shoes and Anabela Chan jewels. Caitlin Thompson (Madison) was also at the festivities wearing a green gown by Jason Wu.
While on the red carpet, Moore took the time to reflect on This Is Us' impending series finale. The cast is currently filming the last episodes of Season 6.
"I think we're all super emotional about it at this point, but, like, trying to keep it together. I'm trying to just stay present and appreciate, you know, all the time that we have left with one another," she told People. "My life is fundamentally different in every way than it was six years ago. So grateful for this opportunity. It's gonna be really hard to let go."
