Tracy Spiridakos Shared a Bunch of Pics from Her Gorgeous, Friend-Filled Fall
The Chicago P.D. star is clearly making the most of this autumn.
Tracy Spiridakos (Hailey Upton) is having so much fun this fall!
On November 9, the Chicago P.D. star showed fans what she's been up to the past few months via an Instagram carousel of pics from her adventures.
She starts with a gorgeous selfie. Then, we catch a glimpse of her adorable Rottweiler, Nala, taking a nap. We then see Spiridakos grabbing lunch with some friends and also a photo of a beautiful sunset. She shows us a complicated puzzle that she completed, and for the final pic, she shakes things up by highlighting a black bear she spotted standing near some railroad tracks. (Looks like she's brave like her P.D. character!)
"Lately…🤗" she captioned the post. See the photos fo yourself further down this story.

Tracy Spiridakos on how Upton is coping without Halstead on P.D.
In an interview with Variety, Spiridakos opened up about how her P.D. character is dealing with Jay Halstead's (Jesse Lee Soffer) absence after he left for Bolivia in Season 10.
“I think she’s going through the motions and she’s getting up, going to work and getting up, going to work, but there’s a lot of inner turmoil happening,” she told the outlet. “This ultimately will change her in some way, which I’m interested to see how. We’re still in the change. She finds out that he’s extended his stay and has that breakdown moment of having this hope and then all of a sudden, that’s gone. It’s the first time we see her break down since he’s left, since their goodbye. I think there’s gonna be some changes for her over the next little while.”

She continued, “She still considers herself still married. I think her taking [her engagement ring] off, I’m sure there will be a moment that will come. I assume that’s coming. I’m interested to see what that will be like. Is that a goodbye? Is that self preservation? … I’d like to explore what that feels like to have been in such a raw place and she’s not overly open anyway. I feel that she probably will just shut that door for a long time.”
"On a personal level," she added, "I can imagine that there’s gonna be a part of her that shuts down emotionally. As far as a relationship and even getting close to people, I can see her being somebody that will keep people at a distance while she’s going through what she’s going through."
