Lizzo proved that she's not only a powerful vocalist but an artiste with her SNL performance of "Break Up Twice" from her album Special. Lizzo transformed studio 8H into a full-on masterpiece by recreating a widely beloved painting, Annie Lee's famous self-portrait Blue Monday. Donning a white slip and sitting on a bed set to mirror the exact likeness of the painting, Lizzo delivered an emotionally jaw-dropping performance yet again.
"Someday at Christmas"
Lizzo looked stunning during her second performance of the night, wearing a shiny silver and gold dress for a powerful rendition of Stevie Wonder's "Someday at Christmas." Lizzo's performance was a holiday gift as she beautifully belted each verse of the 1967 hit, joined by angelic background singers. Lizzo's performances were truly inspiring, especially her song choices and mindful set design.
