Kelly Clarkson Wore a Seriously Badass Leather Biker Jacket for The Voice Playoffs
Bringing back an old favorite: Kelly Clarkson pulled a staple out of her closet as the Playoff Rounds kicked off on The Voice.
Kelly Clarkson is giving off a more sophisticated, serious vibe this season, and she’s staying true to form with her fashion as The Voice enters the Playoff Rounds.
Although Team Kelly didn’t compete this week, Clarkson was there to cheer on and give feedback to the Team Chance and Team Blake singers, all while looking fantastic as usual.
The “Stronger (What Doesn’t Kill You)” singer has been frequently rocking jackets over dresses this season, and she chose a similar route this week.
Clarkson repeated a belted leather biker jacket by Alexander McQueen that’s clearly a favorite in her closet, this time over a dark green dress with a green scarf and long dangly earrings.
Clarkson has been favoring the more muted hues this season of The Voice, also wearing a black ribbed velour minidress and black calfskin button cuff ranger boots, both by Balmain, during the Blind Auditions, as well as this dark green velvet jacket by Etro.
But she didn’t always opt for dark colors. During season 21 in 2022, she showed off this pink tie-dye tropicana billow long dress by Zimmermann while coaching Girl Named Tom (who went on to win the season under her guidance).
She also has dressed in very bold, bright colors for the show. In 2021, she wore this neon yellow kimono-sleeve silk gown by Carolina Herrera. The same season she also wore a striking pink and glittery Tabitha beaded feathered gown by Jenny Packham, and a teal ruffle satin dress from the spring 2020 collection by Monique Lhuillier.
She also donned a red plunge neck long silk dress by Dolce & Gabbana, with an oversized tassel-pendant necklace by Saint Laurent.

Five members of Team Kelly will perform when her team takes the stage in the Playoff Round: ALI, Cait Martin, Holly Brand, Neil Salsich ,and D. Smooth (who received Clarkson’s playoff pass).
By the end of the Playoff Round, Coaches Clarkson, Chance The Rapper, Niall Horan and Blake Shelton will have narrowed it down from five to two members of their teams to go on to represent them in the live shows.
Who will win and take it all? We'll just have to wait and see what Artist succeeds, and which Team ends up victorious.
