Kelly Clarkson's Blinged-Out Little Black Dress on The Voice Finale Is So Glam
Clarkson looked totally gorgeous, naturally.
The Voice Season 23 finale was action-packed, to say the least. The Coaches were on the edge of their red chairs waiting to see which Contestant won it all. (Gina Miles from Team Niall ultimately did!)
Of course, Kelly Clarkson was cheering for Team Kelly since the get-go, and it's no secret she created tough competition for fellow Coaches Chance the Rapper, Blake Shelton, and Niall Horan. It's also no shocker that she's delivered some show-stopping style moments on The Voice all season. Case in point: Her stunning look for The Voice Season 23 finale, Night 2. The look was a velvet, blinged-out take on a little black dress, and it was everything.
See the outfit, below.
Clarkson's style for Season 23 can be described as boho-chic rockstar. Example: For The Voice Battles, she looked dazzling in a black velvet coat and black dress paired with an adorable studded belt. Then, for the Playoffs, Clarkson rocked a black dress with bright red accents and gold studs. It was very Fleetwood Mac-esque!
Night 1 of The Voice finale was nail-biting, with Clarkson's team member D. Smooth duking it out against Team Niall's Gina Miles, Team Blake's NOIVAS and Grace West, and Team Chance's Sorelle.
“I love D. Smooth’s voice because it reminds me of the '90s,” Clarkson said of the Season 23 finalist. "It just reminds me of those singers that can just really tell you a story and break your heart, do all the things. His voice is incredible.”
After hearing D. Smooth's mesmerizing Playoffs performance of "Location" by Khalid, even Chance had to admit that Team Kelly's star power shouldn't be taken lightly.
“This really is the first time I ever felt, like, smoke from any other team. Really, I’ve not been worried at all until right now,” Chance admitted to D. Smooth after the set. “When we had that little moment towards the end, I could picture you in front of hundreds of thousands of fans screaming while you do your little improv runs. I see the vision.”
