Here's What the This Is Us Cast Has Been Up to Since the Show Ended
We miss the Pearsons!
This Is Us may be over, but it certainly won’t be the last you hear from its talented actors. With new projects on the horizon for everyone in film, television, stage, and music, here's what the ensemble cast has been up to since This Is Us' emotional series finale.
Milo Ventimiglia (Jack Pearson)
Ventimiglia is set to star in a 2023 crime-drama called The Company You Keep, playing the role of Charlie, a “con-man” who falls in love with a CIA officer.
The new series isn’t the only exciting acting project Ventimiglia has lined up. Re-collaborating with Gilmore Girls creator Amy Sherman Palladino, he's slated to reprise his brief Season 4 cameo in the fifth and final season of The Marvelous Mrs Maisel.
Mandy Moore (Rebecca Pearson)
Moore welcomed her second child, Ozzie, in October. And after a hiatus from music, she released new albums Silver Landings in 2020 and In Real Life in 2022.

Sterling K. Brown (Randall Pearson)
Brown's most recent film is Peacock's Honk For Jesus. Save Your Soul, which can be streamed now on Peacock. There, he plays a pastor who runs a megachurch amidst a scandal.
Chrissy Metz (Kate Pearson)
Similar to Moore, Metz is also exploring the world of music with the next steps of her career. Over the summer, she completed a mini-tour through City Winery locations, performing her original songs. “I get to have a space and time to tell the stories of why I wrote the songs that I’m performing and what they mean to me,” Metz told The Today Show.
Justin Hartley (Kevin Pearson)
Hartley has several projects lined up, including the Netflix holiday romance film The Noel Diary, due out November 24, 2022. In the movie, he plays a successful writer who finds a tell-all diary at his mother’s estate. Hartley will also be starring in and executive-producing a new TV drama titled The Never Game, where he'll play a man from a broken family who uses his “expert tracking skills” to help people around the country solve mysteries. Oh, and you may have just see him on an episode of Quantum Leap.

Susan Kelechi Watson (Beth Pearson)
Watson recently brought her acting talents across the pond, performing on stage in the U.K. theatrical production of Eureka Day, a satire that also starred Helen Hunt. The play wrapped its run October 31, 2022.
Ron Cephas Jones (William Hill)
While Jones was starring in his gripping role of Randall's biological father, he was also making appearances on the crime-mystery drama Truth Be Told. He plays Shreve, who suffers brain injuries from his former boxing days. The series was renewed for a third season in 2022.
Jones also appears in Law & Order: Organized Crime as a congressman named Leon Killbride.
Jon Huertas (Miguel Rivas)
Huertas’ role as Rebecca’s second husband isn’t the only emotionally-heavy part in his repertoire. He also stars in the recent film The Prisoner’s Daughter alongside Kate Beckinsale. It follows the story of a dying man serving time in prison who is determined to reconnect with his family.
Lyric Ross (Deja Pearson)
Ross recently voiced a teenager named Kat in the Netflix animated comedy film Wendell & Wild, which was co-written by Jordan Peele. She also stars in the Marvel series Ironheart, which is set to premiere in 2023.
