Since 1947, Meet the Press has been unpacking the biggest breaking news stories with in-depth reporting and expert analysis. Hosted by Kristen Welker, NBC’s weekly Sunday broadcast features interviews with key figures, including both U.S. and world leaders, while dissecting the latest political news, the economy, global events, and more.

How to Watch

Watch Meet the Press Sundays on NBC and streaming on Peacock

Just last week on Meet the Press, Welker and a team of expert correspondents covered a lot of ground throughout the hour-long broadcast, reporting on the leaked Signal chat, tariffs, and more. And, as always, Welker signed off with the program’s famous slogan: “If it's Sunday, it's Meet the Press.”

As the longest-running program on network television, Meet the Press has been keeping the public informed for nearly eight decades and it’s a job Welker is passionate about.

“This is the honor of my life,” the Emmy-winning journalist said when it was first announced in 2023 that she would be replacing Chuck Todd as moderator. “Meet the Press is one of the most important political broadcasts in history and I just feel so grateful and humbled to all of those who built this amazing legacy.”
