What time does The Hunting Party come on tonight, March 31, 2025?

Season 1, Episode 9 of The Hunting Party will premiere on Monday, March 31, 2025, at 10/9c on NBC and will be available to stream on Peacock the following day.

What is tonight’s episode of The Hunting Party about?

Jennifer Morales (Sara Garcia) and Rebecca ‘Bex’ Henderson (Melissa Roxburgh) stand In a control room on The Hunting Party Episode 109.

As the title implies, Bex and her squad will be tracking down elusive serial killer Tom Beecher in Season 1’s penultimate episode — but it won’t be like any other mission.

While on the loose, Beecher kidnaps an unsuspecting girl. Her location can only be revealed, according to a new preview of the episode, by deciphering a coded message Beecher left in post-it notes plastered to the wall.

As the girl’s life hangs in the balance, the team is in a race against time to discover the key to crack the code before she dies. While they scramble to find the answer, Beecher takes sadistic pleasure in the “helpless” feeling those around him feel as the minutes tick by and his victim gets closer to death.

And this time, Bex, CIA agent Jacob Hassani (Patrick Sabongui) and former prison guard Shane Florence (Josh McKenzie) won’t have to go it alone. The team will get some unexpected help in the field from military computer whiz Jennifer Morales (Sara Garcia). While the highly skilled intel officer usually provides support from behind a desk, Garcia told NBC Insider that fans will get to see that “she’s capable” out on the hunt too.

"Morales has her big debut out in the open," she teased. "[The writers] had been talking the whole season of giving Morales an episode, and then when it came to me, it was so much better than I even imagined! It really was a joy to be able to sink my teeth into her that way."

Throughout the series, Garcia has found subtle ways to flesh out her character’s more quirky side whether it’s making her desk her own or offering some levity in the team’s quieter moments.

"Morales is in the military and this is a very serious show, but there's a lightness and a loving energy to her," she said. "And so, instead of leaning into maybe the stereotypical thought of what a military person would be like, I leaned in the opposite direction and inserted a little bit more of myself into the character, and they picked up on it."

To find out just how Morales fares in the field, watch The Hunting Party Monday at 10/9c on NBC or stream the episode on Peacock after it becomes available the next day.
