When Does Chicago Fire Season 11 Return?
Find out when your favorite firefighters are back on your screen.
The action is never-ending on Chicago Fire, and the midseason finale was no exception.
Here's what happened: A former villain made a shocking return to the Windy City, former paramedic-turned-IAD employee, Emma (Caitlin Carver). Also, Gallo (Alberto Rosende) came clean to Herrmann (David Eigenberg) about sleeping with his niece. And things ended on the wildest cliffhanger with Kidd (Miranda Rae Mayo) and Carver's (Jake Lockett) lives literally on the line.
As expected, Chicago Fire headed out for the holidays with a bang, which is a surprise to no one. As Rosende recently told NBC Insider, "One of the cool things about being on Fire is we have such a big cast. Every episode, it’s really exciting to see what my friends and colleagues are 'gonna be doing and what part of their artistry they’re 'gonna get to showcase."
After such a nail-biter of a midseason finale, Chicago Fire fans are burning to know how things will continue. Unfortunately for all Chi-Hards out there, all three One Chicago series will be going on a brief midseason hiatus ahead of the new year. Read on for details about when and where to watch the next episode of Chicago Fire.
When will Chicago Fire return with new episodes?
Chicago Fire will not air a new episode on December 14th, 21st, or 28th. New episodes of Chicago Fire, Chicago Med, and Chicago P.D. will continue on Wednesday, January 4, 2023, for NBC's One Chicago Wednesdays.
Watch Chicago Fire Wednesdays at 9/8c on NBC and the next day on Peacock.
