Cast Bio

Boyz II Men vocalist Shawn Stockman is about to begin his fourth season as a judge on NBC's musical competition series "The Sing-Off."

For 22 years, Boyz II Men has been winning millions of fans the world over with smooth vocal harmonies, legendary hits and unmatched stage presence. Founding member Stockman has been there from the beginning.

Stockman, 41, was born in Philadelphia and has helped make Boyz II Men the best-selling R&B group of all time as the group's tenor vocalist. For the past two decades, Stockman and bandmates Nathan Morris and Wanya Morris have been crafting classic albums whose appeal has withstood the test of time. Stockman's rich vocals have made timeless albums, such as "II" (1994), "Evolution" (2007), as well as the group's most recent releases, "Motown: A Journey Through Hitsville USA" (2007), "Love" (2009) and "Twenty" (2011).

Boyz II Men celebrated its 20th anniversary in 2011 by releasing the aptly titled "Twenty." As a further tribute to their success and the legacy of their music, Boyz II Men was honored with a star on the iconic Hollywood Walk of Fame in 2012. In March 2013, the group started their residency in Las Vegas at the Mirage's Terry Fator Theatre, and their stay has been extended through 2014. Last summer, they toured with New Kids on the Block and 98 Degrees, selling out venues all over the country as part of the Package Tour. They also recently signed a recording and publishing deal with BMG and will have a new studio album out next year.

Passionate about charity, Stockman is a founding member of both the group's foundation, the Boyz II Men House (http://theboyziimenhouse.com/#/splash-page/), and his own personal charity, Micah's Voice (http://micahsvoice.com/), which aids children and families affected by autism.

Stockman currently resides in Los Angeles with his wife, Sharonda, and their children.
