Alex Rodriguez

Alex Rodriguez is a former professional baseball player who played with the Seattle Mariners, Texas Rangers and New York Yankees. He is a 14-time All-Star, three-time American League MVP and World Series champion. Since retiring from the sport in 2016, Rodriguez has served as a commentator for Fox Sports and ESPN. Additionally, he works as a special adviser to the Yankees. He was also a guest investor on ABC's Shark Tank during Season 9. Since retirement, Rodriguez has produced and been featured on the No. 1 overall podcast The Corp with Barstool Sports, co-hosted EPSN's show Get Up! and was the subject of the 2019 CNBC show Back in the Game. In March 2019, he and international superstar Jennifer Lopez announced their engagement. Most recently, he invested $650 million in hotels across North America and the Caribbean as part of an acquisition and development deal with the hopes of reviving an industry suffering from the COVID-19 pandemic.
