In 2017, Ali made her stand-up television debut on The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon. Since then, she has worked as a writer at The Onion, appeared on The Today Show with Kathie Lee and Hoda and on countless episodes of TruTV's Comedy Knockout. In 2019, Kolbert participated on NBC’s comedy show, Bring the Funny, and made her sophomore stand-up performance on A Little Late with Lily Singh. Kolbert is now a lead on TruTV’s new half-hour comedy, Top Secret Videos, and has launched her podcast The Ali Kolbert Show.
