Eric Idle

Eric Idle is a Grammy-winning actor, playwright and musician best known for his work co-creating the Monty Python series on film, on television and as plays. He has published several books, like Hello Sailor and The Rutland Dirty Weekend Book. Idle also co-wrote the lyrics for Monty Python's Spamalot, which received the Tony for Best Musical. Spamalot made its return to Broadway in October 2023 at the St. James Theatre.
