Ken Burns is an an Oscar-nominated documentary filmmaker best known for his work on documentaries like The Central Park Five, Brooklyn Bridge and Baseball. His record-breaking 11-hour long documentary, The Civil War, earned him two Emmy Awards and two Grammy Awards. Most recently, Burns worked on his PBS documentary miniseries, The American Buffalo, which was released in October 2023.
