Kimbal Musk is a chef and owner of The Kitchen Restaurant Group, which consists of three restaurants located in Boulder and Denver, Colorado, and Chicago. Musk serves as the co-founder and executive chairman of Big Green, a non-profit organization that aims to help people grow their own food. He also owns Square Roots, an urban farming company based in Brooklyn, New York. He also sits on the board for Tesla and SpaceX. Musk’s book, The Kitchen Cookbook: Cooking for Your Community, is set to be released in March 2024.
